Mechanical Installation Begins

The first heating and cooling ducts are installed in the extra women's washrooms in the basement.

There has been temporary heat in the building since mid-fall.

Piston Installed

Otis Elevator installers put the piston in place.

The elevator runs between the basement and the main floor for moving equipment, chairs and tables.

Piston in the Air

The piston is lowered into the theatre.

The piston for the elevator arrives in the back alley by truck from Indiana.

Panels all in place

Over the weekend, Crystal Glass installed the last of the black glass panels on the front of the building.

Next is the restoration of the plaster on the upper facade.

Catering kitchen started

Work has started to raise the level of the catering kitchen floor to the level of the auditorium level, the opening on the left.
